Julian Symons
Julian has a breadth of technical and hands on development experience across a variety of property sectors, both as principal and consultant, all through traditional SPV structures and Joint Ventures. He also benefits from 6 years as Development Director of Savills Investment Management.

Tom O’Brien
Tom acts as a Project Manager for Tavis House projects and provides his services through Glenny LLP. He has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years since graduating from the University of Reading and becoming a qualified chartered surveyor in 1986, working in both private practice and building contractors. Prior to Glenny I was the commercial director of Lenister Construction Limited.

David Cunnington
David acts as Finance Director for Tavis House projects and provides his services through Charles Irvine Limited, a specialist real estate capital advisory firm he established in 2014. David has over two decades of experience in finance and real estate. Prior to founding Charles Irvine, David served as the Head of Corporate Finance at Savills Investment Management.

TRACK RECORD
Martin Smith was a Founder Director and major shareholder in Canmoor, which he set up with a partner in 2004. In that time, Canmoor Asset Management acquired, built, and managed around 11 million square feet of industrial estates and business parks, mainly through Joint Ventures with Clerical Medical, Scottish Widows, Aberdeen, Blackrock, and Private Equity groups. Iconic assets included Trafford Park, Manchester, Heywood Business Park, Rochdale, Kings Norton Industrial Park, and Birmingham Business Park. In addition, four significant portfolios of large estates were compiled, managed, and developed, all consumer driven to show exceptional returns for investors.
